Best workout app for people with busy schedules
I really like the Quick 4 app, its simple and helps remind me when I havent done a cycle In a while. Great overall.
Its a great warm-up for my other work outs, or a good way to wake up when my energy hits a lull.
This is a nice way to get a quick workout in when you dont have a lot of time. I go to the gym 3 times a week and do this and some abs exercises on my off days. Good way to get the blood pumping.
Its quick easy and effective I dont see why someone wouldnt want this app. It only takes four minutes, do it!!!

I love this 4 min. workout! I can always find time to fit it into my schedule & I can modify it to work on different parts of my body. I am finding an increase in my fat loss & toning! Ive been using this app for 3 months straight & am lookin good! EVERYONE has 4 min!

The 4 minute workout raises your heart rate and works a variety of bodys muscles. For four minutes, you can beat it.
This is an excellent and easy-to-use little app which will walk you through it and help you time a surprisingly good HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. A great way to start the day. My only request would be a final "ding" at the end of the workout, like there is at the end of each exercise change. Great job though. Recommended
I love this app. I workout everyday. I had a accident and broke my back and was out for 6 months this app has definitely got me back to where I should be. Love this app!!
Great app. Have been using regularly. Harder than new york times 7 min web app but shorter and have been finding my core is getting even stronger with this one than with the other.
Love that the app will remind you it is time to work out. Set the reminder for 5 A.M. and my day is off with a bang! My work out experience is non existent so this has been a great help. My friends scoffed at a 4 min. work out. I have lost 8 pounds this month! Perhaps starting the day off right helps. Whos laughing now!

This workout is great for me because I dont have the time to stop my day for a full exercise session. It has all the right exercises for a great calorie-burning workout. Ill be using the 4-minute Workout every day!!
