Surprisingly good workout
This is an excellent and easy-to-use little app which will walk you through it and help you time a surprisingly good HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. A great way to start the day. My only request would be a final "ding" at the end of the workout, like there is at the end of each exercise change.
