I love this workout! You can do it anywhere & as many times as you have time to do!
If you are a busy person and want to do something for your body. This is a great way to do it!
An effective part of healthy morning routine
I get a great quick workout. Clean design, simple to follow, feel like I accomplished something in as little as 4 minutes. Im a fan!
Does exactly what is advertised: giving you a clear, easy-to-follow, yet challenging workout in 4 minutes. The only reason I cant give this 5 stars is the lack of integration with the other Quick Fit app, which despite being billed as a 7-minute workout, actually has 3 different routines available. Why do I have to switch to a different app to do this workout in particular? And even more frustrating, why are those 3 types of workout tracked together and this one separately? It just doesnt make any sense.
Just a quick workout when you dont have time or equipment for a long one. I use it when travelling.

Nice addition to my martial arts warmup. Gets the heart rate up! Doesnt take long and I can adjust it for my low back issues.
Could use some sort of victory bell at the end

I find the workout to be fun and challenging and over so fast I can get it done before making excuses. I have been at it for about a month irregularly and have lost almost 4 pounds and I wasnt trying to lose any!
Plus, the exercise was not variable
I think its concept is too simple and the program is too basic. I think it will be much better if they have different programs each day of the month.
This is pretty good for beginner who is not strong cardio. I love this, and Im getting better cardio now
Ive run for years but Ive always been scared of lengthy, intense body weight routines. With quick 4 theres literally no excuse not to do it, the app is super intuitive and easy, and best of all the workout is effective.
