Only one 4-minute workout for $1.99

I like the idea behind this app, but after doing the single available 4-minute workout a couple of times, I made a $1.99 in-app purchase to get the "full version," which was supposed to include more workouts. But I still have only the one workout--just one! Thats 50 cents per minute to be guided through a few jumping jacks and pushups. A waste of time and money!

Superb‼️

Excellent, I get an intense workout in 4 min. I can do this anywhere, anytime. Also helps when I get frustrated, i do a quick workout, and feel better. Bonus, its only 4 minutes. Do it several times a day. Ive done one week so far, my jeans fit soo much better! Wonder what Ill look like next month, cant wait! Thank you

Great workout - but cant lock phone while you work

Love this app and workout but Id like to be able to run the app while my phone is locked so it wont disturb the app (like I do with Spotify.) I keep my phone in my pocket and it will randomly pause or skip workouts because the app screen is live/active.

Perfectly Simple & impactful

I love the ease of use. I love that the workout gets my heart rate up. TABATA is my fav form of cardio.

Good to get heart bumping

I wouldnt recommend this workout to be the only one you do. But its very good. Only problem is that you have to buy certain features. But over all, great.

Four minutes? Noooo problem, right? Wrong. My first week, my four minutes took me nearly five. My lungs were heaving and my body temperature was elevated. Thank goodness you can pause. Youll probably need to use that feature.

Tale from an Asthmatic point of view

First, I want to say that I have Asthma. Some workouts for me are too long and I cant keep up the pace. I started this workout about one month ago and it took me about 20 minutes to get one workout done. I can now do this workout in 7 minutes or less, depending on the day. I have introduced this workout to people that I know and you will not believe the response. Some people think I am crazy when I tell them about the "4 minute" workout. My goal is to tell people about a workout that can be done in as little as 4 minutes and not become such a chore to do because they dont have the time. We all have 4 minutes. I encourage everyone that it may take some a little longer to do, but that is okay. Finishing the workout and not having to count anything, is the best part. Thank you for this app. I truly enjoy it and I am down 5 pounds since starting this amazing workout.

This app does the same set of exercises over and over, until you pay to unlock new ones. Keep shopping for more variety!
