Tale from an Asthmatic point of view
First, I want to say that I have Asthma. Some workouts for me are too long and I cant keep up the pace. I started this workout about one month ago and it took me about 20 minutes to get one workout done. I can now do this workout in 7 minutes or less, depending on the day. I have introduced this workout to people that I know and you will not believe the response. Some people think I am crazy when I tell them about the "4 minute" workout. My goal is to tell people about a workout that can be done in as little as 4 minutes and not become such a chore to do because they dont have the time. We all have 4 minutes. I encourage everyone that it may take some a little longer to do, but that is okay. Finishing the workout and not having to count anything, is the best part. Thank you for this app. I truly enjoy it and I am down 5 pounds since starting this amazing workout.
